As a result, we take a rigorous approach to the selection of each and every consultant to meet and exceed our clients' business needs.

Our consultants average over 10 years of SAP experience and have a minimum of three full life-cycle implementations. Each candidate is pre-screened for a variety of technical and personal qualifications including client interaction experience and overall communications skills. After a series of technical interviews to ensure a strong fit with our organization and the client's objectives, individual candidates are then interviewed by a Bokanyi Consulting Account Executive.

The final review belongs to our clients. We offer clients the opportunity to interview each consultant to confirm that the project team or individual candidate meets our client's needs and expectations. Upon approval by the client, the most qualified consultant is deployed.
