Summary of Services

For over the past five years Bokanyi Consulting has partnered with Cooper Industries in the development of their SAP global template which was ultimately rolled out to nine divisions across 15 countries. Our SAP consulting services included functional, technical, and project management expertise that included full project delivery responsibility along with staff augmentation. Specifically, we provided SAP functional support for FI, CO, PS, MM, PP, SD, WM, WMS (Exeter, RedPrairie), GTS and technical on-site support for EDI and ABAP development.

Additionally, Bokanyi Consulting collaborated with Cooper Industries on three acquisition integration projects involving the migration of legacy systems to their SAP global template.  One such acquisition project was completed in five short months with a successful go-live that was viewed by the client’s Business Systems Development Director, as “the smoothest go-live of her career.”

Wholesale Distribution

Summary of Services

As Pacific Cycle's preferred consulting partner for the past two years, we have completed multiple SAP projects including a Restructuring Project for a new business line, the Cannondale Sports Group, as well as the migration of PTI Sports' legacy systems to their SAP global template. Specifically, we have provided project management and SAP functional support across FI, CO, MM, WM, and SD modules along with technical on-site support for ABAP development.

Additionally, we have successfully completed a SAP BW 3.5 technical upgrade, a COGNOS data warehouse project with their parent company, along with ongoing ABAP remote development.

Petroleum Industry

Summary of Services

Our relationship with Meta Petroleum consists of SAP consulting services, including a post-implementation diagnostic phase and business case development to increase the benefits from their SAP implementation.  Bokanyi Consulting also provided operational improvements based on our proprietary Service Oriented Effectiveness^SM (SOE) methodology and tools.  Specifically, we provided project management and SAP functional support across FI, CO, MM, PM, SD, and PS modules.  In addition, we partnered with Meta Petroleum to provide ABAP, Security and BASIS technical on-site support to their IT team.

Manufacturing – Antibodies

Summary of Services

Bethyl was experiencing a significant amount of growth year over year as their business model matured. They were witnessing significant manpower challenges along with limitations within their current IT system DacEasy by Sage. A few pain points emerged which included month end reporting, product costing, credits, returns, and PO processing just to name a few.

Bokanyi Consulting lead a 10 week Package Selection project to assist Bethyl in documenting their current As-Is business processes while identifying the critical gaps in their current IT system landscape in order to consolidate such requirements and distribute to package vendors as appropriate. The outcome of the package evaluation provided a formal list of business requirements for Bethyl along with a high-level roadmap based on the selected package SAP All-in-One.

Summary of Services

Bokanyi Consulting conducted a 16 week ERP package selection for PRIME across three disparate businesses that have recently been acquired and added to PRIME’s existing portfolio.

Objectives include assisting PRIME in documenting their current As-Is processes in their current landscape in order to consolidate such requirements and distribute to package vendor(s) as appropriate. These As-Is processes can then be utilized to define business process optimizations at a later stage. The outcome of the package evaluation provided a recommendation for all three businesses, but also provided a formal list of business requirements for PRIME along with a high-level roadmap and schedule based on the selected package(s). In addition, a revised implementation approach and investment was provided based on the selected ERP package(s); Rental Result, ERP Visual and Biosalc/Uno Enterprise.
